‘Jana Nayagan’ Box Office Hits Rs 100 Crore in Just 4 Days! |
Thalapathy Vijay starrer ‘Jana Nayagan’ is basking in success with a strong theatrical run at the box office which was released on July 23. Directed by H Vinoth, the political action drama movie is currently in its first weekend, latest numbers suggest that it is having a record-breaking opening.
‘Jana Nayagan’ LIVE collections
As per the live estimates shared by trade analyst Sacnilk, ‘Jana Nayagan’ is currently running across 6,576 shows with 38.8% occupancy and has collected a net of Rs 14.86 crore as of now.‘Jana Nayagan’ has taken its total India net collection to Rs 107.21 crore. The film’s India gross collection has also climbed to Rs 125.88 crore.
‘Jana Nayagan’ collections in different languages
Starring Tamil Chief Minister Vijay, the film is more like an event for his fans in the state. The Tamil version remains the biggest contributor to its total collections and occupancy in theatres.The live numbers of the Tamil version suggest it has made Rs 13.05 crore with 3,468 shows. The numbers tracking website further reveals that ‘Jana Nayagan’ had an overall occupancy of 66% today in the morning.On the other hand, the Hindi version made Rs 1.30 lakh with 2,480 shows. However, the numbers had a low tally among the Telugu audience as it recorded Rs 51 lakh in 628 shows.
‘Jana Nayagan’ worldwide collections
‘Jana Nayagan’ has also performed really well in overseas markets. By the end of Day 3, the film had collected Rs 20 crore, which made its total overseas gross to Rs 63.50 crore and the worldwide gross collection to Rs 171.84 crore.
