Salman Khan sells Bandra flat for Rs 3.50 crore, second such deal in a year |
Salman Khan has sold off his apartment in Mumbai’s Bandra West area for Rs 3.50 crore, as per property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix. The actor bought the property in 2015 for Rs 2.88 crore. As per the documents, the flat is situated in Shiv-Asthan Heights, a residential complex in Bandra West.
Salman Khan’s apartment deal registered on July 9
According to a Hindustan Times Real Estate report from July 13, Salman sold the apartment to multiple homebuyers, with the deal registered on July 9, 2026. Documents show the buyers paid Rs 21 lakh in stamp duty and Rs 30,000 as registration fees.The registered documents reveal that the apartment spans a carpet area of 758 sq ft and was sold along with two car parking spaces. Based on this, the deal works out to roughly Rs 46,000 per sq ft on the carpet area, according to the documents.
Salman Khan’s ownership transfer executed on July 23
However, the ownership transfer was formally executed through a deed of transfer signed between Salman and the buyers on July 23, 2026.
Salman Khan’s second Bandra apartment sale in a year
In a similar transaction, Salman had earlier sold a 1,318 sq ft apartment in Mumbai’s upscale Bandra West area for Rs 5.35 crore back in July 2025, as per property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards. The documents show that this apartment, too, is located in Shiv Asthan Heights, with a built-up area of 122.45 sq. m. (1,318 sq ft). More recently, in June 2026, Khan made headlines after receiving clearance from the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority (MCZMA) to construct a residential tower in Bandra’s Chimbai, located just a few hundred metres from Galaxy Apartments, where the actor has resided since 1974.
