‘The production is making arrangements’
Ranveer Singh is currently working on his next project, ‘Pralay’, which is reportedly a zombie thriller. The movie was originally slated to shoot in Australia but is now being relocated to Mumbai. As per a new report, Singh is the reason behind this shift of shoot location. Let’s learn more in detail.
Ranveer Singh wants to be close to pregnant Deepika Padukone
According to the India Today report, Ranveer Singh made the decision as he wanted to stay close to wife Deepika Padukone as the couple prepares for their second child. The report stated that the 41-year-old actor did not want to be away from Deepika during this phase of her pregnancy, prompting the makers to rework the shooting plan. The report stated, “Ranveer wants to be around Deepika as they embrace parenthood for the second time. He doesn’t want to be away, and hence the production is making arrangements to shift the schedule here in the city.”
Another reason for ‘Pralay’s shooting location shift
The report added that the decision was not just driven by personal reasons alone. The film team also failed to secure permissions to shoot at certain locations in Australia. With both factors at play, the makers and Ranveer unanimously agreed that shifting the schedule to Mumbai would be the most practical option.
