Tollywood star Nani has completed 18 years in the film industry as an actor and on Saturday, he took to his social media to officially call himself the “adult in cinema” as he marked the special milestone. He thanked his fans and audiences for their constant love and support.

Taking to his Instagram handle, ‘The Paradise’ actor shared that he has never taken the love of his fans for granted and promised that he never will. “18 years. Officially an adult in cinema (smiley face) Never took your love for granted. I won’t ever,” he wrote.Back in 2008, Nani made his acting debut with ‘Ashta Chamma’, directed by Mohana Krishna Indraganti. The film was released on September 5, coinciding with the Teachers Day. Over the last 18 years, the Natural Star has grown from an actor into one of the leading stars in Telugu cinema. He has also ventured into film production and has backed several projects through his production banner.

Speaking of his current work, Nani is working on director Srikanth Odela’s highly awaited action entertainer ‘The Paradise’. The film marks their reunion after ‘Dasara’ which became a super hit.

In the teaser, it begins with a voice asking, “Henceforth, to whom does this place belong?” Nani then makes a dramatic entry with an acrobatic stunt. The actor is seen sporting two plaits and covered in blood while slowly walking and sipping what appears to be a beverage. Mohan Babu, who plays the antagonist, is also introduced as he refers to the people as “My beloved people of Paradise.”The teaser features several intense action sequences and gives a glimpse of the film’s central conflict. A woman is heard asking, “Is the government meant for your feudal lords or for the people?”The film appears to revolve around Nani leading an oppressed community in its fight against tyranny.The film is scheduled to release in theatres on September 24, 2026.
