‘Fauzi’ is an Indian spy with a secret code
In the scene, Bose seeks Germany’s help in fighting British rule in India. Hitler refuses, making a remark about India’s long history under British rule. Bose strongly counters Hitler and says he will free India from British rule, with or without Germany’s support. He then brings up an Indian spy known as Fauzi, played by Prabhas, a soldier, strategist and spy who played a key role in the Japanese capture of Singapore from Britain. He also tells Hitler that Fauzi created a code based on the ‘Bhagavad Gita’, which was reportedly more difficult to break than Germany’s Enigma code. The film also stars Imanvi Esmail as the female lead, making her acting debut, along with Sajjad Delafrooz, Mithun Chakraborty and Jaya Prada. The film is speculated to release in March 2027.
