It is Day 12 of the Asian Games 2026 and the first day of October, with India looking to build on a strong outing on Day 11 when they won three gold medals in archery and another gold medal in shooting.The Indian contingent will have several medal opportunities on Thursday, with Chikitha Taniparthi and Ganesh Mani Ratnam Thirumuru looking to carry their team-event form into the individual competition. Both will be in action in the quarterfinals.There will also be two India-Pakistan clashes on the day.
