Bhagyashree recalls becoming a mother young

Bhagyashree said she had little knowledge about postpartum exercise when she became a mother. She also recalled hearing several warnings about the physical changes associated with C-section deliveries.“When I became a mother, I was very young. At that time, I didn’t even know that I should exercise after becoming a mother. Both of my deliveries were by caesarean. After having a caesarean, everyone said that now the body will not change.
