The two later had a grand ceremony in Sicily, Italy. Lipa and Turner had been linked since January 2024, when they spent time together in Los Angeles after connecting over a book. Now the two have officially welcomed a brand new chapter of their lives. During an interview with Vogue Italia, Lipa candidly shared just how great the experience was for her to get married to Turner in Sicily. Calling the moment “magical,” she shared, “To live that day as if we were guests too (and therefore with less anxiety and more fun, etc.) and to constantly look for each other among the people, without ever losing sight of each other.” Weeks before their grand destination wedding, the couple had already tied the knot once at London’s Old Marylebone Town Hall on May 31, 2026.The ceremony was held at the 18th-century Villa Valguarnera in Bagheria, which is one of the most historic sites in the city and is best known for its intricate architecture. The singer had also taken to her Instagram account to share sweet and intimate photos from the wedding ceremony, celebrating her marriage to the beloved actor.

Dua Lipa on how her music has changed after finding love

During the interview, the beloved singer also opened up about how falling in love and getting married has had an effect on her music. Sharing that she used to write about being heartbroken a lot, Lipa commented, “Talking about being heartbroken is a very common thing. When I was younger, I found much more inspiration in the search and desire. And that’s because feeling broken is a very strong and loud emotion.”She continued, “But now I want to discover what happens when you truly find love. I’m interested in the complexities of a relationship, its quieter aspects, the little things.” Throughout the interview, the singer also opened up about how her family and loved ones have always been the biggest influence in her life when it comes to her music, especially her parents, whom she called her “best friends.”Dua Lipa and Callum Turner recently made their first red carpet appearance as a married couple while attending the premiere event for Turner’s latest film, ‘One Night Only.’
