The ‘Roohi’ actress Janhvi Kapoor turned a year older and celebrated her 29th birthday today. Janhvi’s day became even more special with a heartfelt message from her younger sister Khushi Kapoor. Khushi took to social media to share a warm birthday note along with several unseen childhood photographs where she added a touching moments with their late mother, the legendary actress Sridevi.

Continuing her personal birthday tradition, the actress also made a spiritual visit to the Tirumala Venkateswara Temple. She reportedly began her pilgrimage from Alipiri and climbed the sacred steps to Tirumala early in the morning to fulfill a vow to Lord Venkateswara.According to reports in News18, Janhvi walked all 3,550 steps barefoot and was accompanied by a few close friends during the journey. Her rumoured boyfriend Shikhar Pahariya, who has joined her on earlier visits, was not seen this time.

On the work front, Janhvi was last seen in the film ‘Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari’. The film also starred Varun Dhawan, Sanya Malhotra and Rohit Saraf. She will next be seen in the Telugu film ‘Peddi,’ which Ram Charan is helming.
