According to a recent report, Salman Khan will feature in a crucial cameo in the yet-untitled project, adding considerable star power to Arhaan’s first big-screen outing. The film is being positioned as an action love story and will be directed by Anirudh Iyer, who previously helmed Ayushmann Khurrana and Jaideep Ahlawat-starrer ‘An Action Hero’. Anirudh Iyer to direct Arhaan’s action love story

The film will be directed by Anirudh Iyer, whose previous directorial outing was ‘An Action Hero’, starring Ayushmann Khurrana and Jaideep Ahlawat. The filmmaker was previously attached to an action romance featuring Lakshya and Rasha Thadani, but that project was eventually shelved. He has since been developing several projects and is now set to return to the director’s chair with Arhaan’s debut. The new film is expected to combine romance and action while introducing Arhaan as a young leading man.The makers are currently looking for the female lead. According to reports, the team is keen to cast a fresh face opposite Arhaan to complement the film’s young romantic tone. Ashwin Varde to produce the film

The project will be produced by Ashwin Varde, whose previous production credits include ‘Kabir Singh’, ‘OMG 2’, ‘Khel Khel Mein’ and ‘The Diplomat’. Varde is also backing an upcoming untitled film starring veteran comedian-actor Johnny Lever, which will be directed by Farhad Samji.

Meanwhile, Salman Khan has a busy lineup ahead. His upcoming untitled project, currently referred to as ‘SVC63’, stars Nayanthara and is directed by Vamshi Paidipally. The film, produced by Dil Raju, has officially locked an Eid 2027 theatrical release. The project is currently in production, with a major Mumbai action schedule underway. Salman is also expected to begin work on his much-discussed superhero film with Raj and DK in January 2027, following his commitments to ‘SVC63’ and ‘Bigg Boss 20’.On television, Salman is returning as the host of ‘Bigg Boss 20’, which is scheduled to premiere on September 6, 2026.
