Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has sold one of his residential properties in Mumbai’s Bandra West for Rs 3.50 crore. The latest real estate transaction has drawn attention after property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix confirmed that the deal was officially registered on July 9, 2026. The apartment is situated in Shiv-Asthan Heights, a residential building in Bandra West. Records show that Salman had purchased the property in 2015 for Rs 2.88 crore. The latest transaction reflects an increase over its original acquisition price.

As reported by Hindustan Times, according to the registered documents, the apartment has a carpet area of 758 square feet. It also comes with two car parking spaces, making it a complete residential package in one of Mumbai’s premium neighbourhoods. The transaction values the property at nearly Rs 46,000 per square foot based on its carpet area. The apartment has been purchased jointly by Munira Akberali Dandawala, Mahdiali Akberali Dandawala and Zehra Mahdiali Dandawala. Documents further show that the buyers paid Rs 21 lakh in stamp duty along with a Rs 30,000 registration fee to complete the purchase. Neither Salman Khan nor the new owners have issued any public statement regarding the sale.
Bandra continues to be Salman Khan’s home
Salman Khan has shared a close association with Bandra for decades. He continues to live with his family at the iconic Galaxy Apartments on Bandstand, one of Mumbai’s most recognisable celebrity residences. Bandra West remains one of the city’s most desirable residential locations. Areas such as Pali Hill, Bandstand and Carter Road are home to several leading personalities from the Hindi film industry. The Intimation of Disapproval (IOD) for the project was approved by the BMC last year. The Khan family proposes to construct a ground-plus-stilt-plus-six-storey residential building with a total built-up area of 1,014.11 sq metres. The actor will next be seen in the action drama ‘Maatrubhumi’, directed by Apoorva Lakhia.
