Sean Ono Lennon, the son of late Beatles legend John Lennon and Yoko Ono, has welcomed his first child with longtime partner Charlotte Kemp Muhl.The musician announced the arrival of their baby boy, shared his first photo and revealed his name in a social media post. Posing with the little one and Charlotte, Sean captioned the post as, “Okay so…Charlotte and I would like to announce that was have indeed created a Human Bean!”

Revealing his newborn son’s name, he said, “His name is, Aurelius! Thank you!”The new dad also shared photos from the hospital and shared additional photos of himself and Kemp Muhl holding Aurelius, and in one caption wrote: “Baby Momma!”

The announcement confirms reports that Sean and Kemp Muhl have become parents after Julian Lennon recently appeared to reveal that his younger brother had welcomed a son. Julian, Sean’s half-brother, reportedly shared and later deleted a post congratulating “Sean & Charlotte” on their “Beautiful Boy”.The arrival marks a new generation for the Lennon family. As per the Rolling Stone, Aurelius is the first grandchild of Yoko Ono and John Lennon.Sean, 50, is the only child of John Lennon and Yoko Ono, while Julian is John’s son from his first marriage to Cynthia Lennon. Sean was born on October 9, 1975 – his father’s 35th birthday – and John famously wrote and recorded “Beautiful Boy (Darling Boy)” for his son. The Beatles legend was killed in December 1980, when Sean was just five years old.Sean has been in a long-term relationship with Kemp Muhl. The pair have also collaborated musically as the duo The Ghost of a Saber Tooth Tiger.
‘Beatles’ biopic in the works
On the work front, actors Paul Mescal, Joseph Quinn, Barry Keoghan and Harris Dickinson were spotted filming a rock band ‘Beatles’ biopic. Titled ‘The Beatles – A Four-Film Cinematic Event’, each film in this cinematic event will be from the perspective of a different band member which is divided into four films. The movies are slated for release in April 2028 by Sony Pictures. However, it is currently unknown if the films will be released all at once or once a week throughout April.Mescal stars as Paul McCartney, Quinn plays George Harrison, Barry Keoghan portrays Ringo Starr, and Harris Dickinson plays John Lennon.Other cast members include Saoirse Ronan as Linda McCartney, James Norton as Brian Epstein, Mia McKenna-Bruce as Maureen Starkey, Anna Sawai as Yoko Ono, Aimee Lou Wood as Pattie Boyd, Harry Lloyd as George Martin, David Morrissey as Jim McCartney, Leanne Best as Mimi Smith, Bobby Schofield as Neil Aspinall, Daniel Hoffmann-Gill as Mal Evans, Arthur Darvill as Derek Taylor and Adam Pally as Allen Klein.This project marks the first time that the Beatles and their estates have signed off on life rights and music for a theatrical feature film about them, reported Variety.
