Stray Kids’ youngest member, I.N (real name Yang Jeong In), recently made a massive real estate investment. The idol recently paid cash for a brand-new apartment complex building in Apgujeong, one of the most in-demand areas in Seoul’s Gangnam district.

Korea Economic TV recently reported that, according to updated real estate records, Stray Kids’ youngest member officially became the owner of a high-end apartment complex building. The idol paid the full cash price for the complex, costing approximately 8.90 billion KRW (equivalent to USD 6 million).According to reports, the purchase was made in January of this year. After the upfront payment, ownership of the property transferred to his name in April. The property spans 161 square meters and is located in Gangnam-gu, Apgujeong-dong. His fellow band member, Chang Bin, also purchased an apartment complex in the same area last year for USD 6.29 million.As for Stray Kids, the group has been busy with their world tour, which has currently earned 273 billion KRW.

As the news of his purchase was shared online, it garnered strong reactions from netizens. While fans celebrated the idol’s achievements, some criticized him for spending that much money. One person’s comment read, “K-pop seriously needs a payback system. Who the heck has that much money at that age?
