Days after news first broke about actor Tim Curry’s sudden demise at age 80, new reports have confirmed his cause of death.Curry, who shot to fame with the success of the campy horror movie stage spoof ‘The Rocky Horror Show’ and its screen version, passed away on Tuesday in Los Angeles. Now, TMZ has confirmed in a report that the acting legend died from coronary artery disease.People reported that the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health made the determination that coronary artery disease was Tim’s main cause of death. However, the actor also suffered from Kidney cancer and had a history of strokes that were also listed as underlying causes.Curry’s longtime manager, Marcia Hurwitz, confirmed that the actor passed away peacefully at his Toluca Lake home. At the time, a cause for his demise was not immediately available, though it was reported that the actor had suffered from several health issues since having a severe stroke in 2012, which significantly decreased his mobility.
